2024 Summit of the Americas

Room Reservation Information

The 2024 Summit of the Americas will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Official hotels for the 2024 Summit include the Hilton West Palm Beach, which is connected to the convention center via an internal covered walkway, the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown, and the West Palm Beach Marriott. All official hotels are within .7 miles (1km) of the convention center.

Important Information about 2024 Summit Room Reservations

The final room reservation deadline for the 2024 Summit of the Americas was March 13, 2024. Below you will find more information about the official hotels for the Summit.  Note that because our reservation deadline has passed, the hotels are no longer obligated to honor the group rates that we negotiated with them, so if you are interested in staying in any of these three hotels, please contact the hotels directly for booking and rate information.

Hilton West Palm Beach

The Hilton West Palm Beach is adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center and is connected via an internal walkway. Guests in our official block at the Hilton West Palm Beach receive complimentary wi-fi in their guest rooms.   

 

Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown

Guests in our official block at the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown receive complimentary breakfast, complimentary wi-fi in the hotel, and discounted parking at the hotel.

 

West Palm Beach Marriott

Guests in our official block at the West Palm Beach Marriott receive complimentary wi-fi in their rooms if they are Marriott Bonvoy members.

 

Making Reservations

The only way to book rooms in our official hotels and in our official blocks was to use the online hotel booking links provided by each hotel.  Now that our reservation deadline has passed, attendees must contact the hotels directly to check availability and rates.

 

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your hotel confirmation. We recommend that you make all changes and cancellations in writing and that you request written confirmation. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date to be refunded your initial deposit and avoid additional charges. If you cancel within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will forfeit the advance deposit you paid upon booking your reservation.

A Note about Arrival Dates

Please carefully consider your arrival date. If you do not check into the hotel on the day your reservation starts, your reservation will be canceled and you will forfeit your advance deposit. If you attempt to check into the hotel prior to the start of your confirmed reservation, there is no guarantee the hotel will be able to accommodate you.
