Room Reservation Information
The 2023 Summit of the Americas will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Official hotels for the 2023 Summit include the Hilton West Palm Beach, which is connected to the convention center via an internal covered walkway, the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown, and the West Palm Beach Marriott. All official hotels are within .7 miles (1km) of the convention center.
Important Note about 2023 Summit Room Reservations
The final room reservation deadline for the 2023 Summit of the Americas was Friday, March 17, 2023. Below you will find more information about the official hotels for the Summit, the rates we negotiated for each hotel, and the direct booking link for each hotel. Note that because we are now past our published room reservation deadline, the hotels are no longer obligated to accommodate additional guests at our negotiated rate. If you are unable to find accommodations at one of our official hotels for a rate that you like, you will need to secure alternate accommodations at a different property.

Hilton West Palm Beach
The Hilton West Palm Beach is adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center and is connected via an internal walkway. Our rate at the Hilton West Palm Beach is $276 per night single or double (plus applicable taxes). Booking may be done using this link. Guests in our block at the Hilton West Palm Beach receive complimentary wi-fi in their guest rooms.
Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown
The Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown is $259 per night single or double (plus applicable taxes). Booking may be done using this link. Guests in our block at the Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown receive complimentary breakfast, complimentary wi-fi in the hotel, and discounted parking at the hotel.
West Palm Beach Marriott
The West Palm Beach Marriott is $247 per night single or double (plus applicable taxes). Booking may be done using this link. Guests in our block at the West Palm Beach Marriott receive complimentary wi-fi in their rooms if they are Marriott Bonvoy members.
Making Reservations
The only way to book rooms in our official hotels is to use the online hotel booking links provided by each hotel - see the above hotel descriptions for each hotel's booking link. Using the booking link puts you into our official block at our official rate. We ask that you only book reservations within our block to help us maintain reasonably priced exhibit and registration fees. We encourage reservations to be made as soon as possible since there is no guarantee rooms will be available through the published hotel reservation deadline of Friday, March 17, 2023. Please note that hospitality suites are not available for daytime appointments.
All reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and require payment of an advance deposit equal to one night's room and tax. Once you make your reservation, you will receive a confirmation from the corresponding hotel. Please check your hotel confirmation for specific check-in times and do not expect access to your room before that time. Please contact us for instructions if you want to book 10 or more rooms.
Note that we do not have access to any hotel's room reservation database and cannot assist you with inquiries about specific reservations. Please contact your hotel directly using the information provided in your reservation confirmation.
Important Note about Hotel Reservations
Again, the only official hotel reservation method is booking directly with the official hotels using the housing links provided above. We do not work with any third-party housing agencies. If you receive any solicitations for housing via email or phone, please note that these are unauthorized, and reservations cannot be guaranteed. Any reservations booked through such soliciting companies may result in reservations that are not legitimate.
Reservation Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your hotel confirmation. We recommend that you make all changes and cancellations in writing and that you request written confirmation. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date to be refunded your initial deposit and avoid additional charges. If you cancel within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will forfeit the advance deposit you paid upon booking your reservation.
A Note about Arrival Dates
Please carefully consider your arrival date. If you do not check into the hotel on the day your reservation starts, your reservation will be canceled and you will forfeit your advance deposit. If you attempt to check into the hotel prior to the start of your confirmed reservation, there is no guarantee the hotel will be able to accommodate you.
